Smiths Agency is seeking a motivated Digital Media Account Manager to join our fast-growing Channel & Analytics team. This role will be an important addition to our team and is responsible for both client communication & strategy to deliver on client goals and KPIs, as well as managing Channel team deliverables. The Digital Media Account Manager must have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid and organic social, paid search, programmatic, and video, and can analyze data while making strategic recommendations to our clients.
The Digital Media Account Manager will play a critical role in managing client media deliverables from kickoff to execution to reporting. You serve as the primary contact on day-to-day management for all projects coming into the Channel Team and will serve as the voice of the Channel & Analytics team on weekly internal and external client calls. The Digital Media Account Manager will manage 3-5 clients at a time while ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
As the Digital Media Account Manager, you understand the client’s business, build positive client and agency relationships, and think strategically across omni-channel campaigns. You also have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and media tactics, with previous experience in managing or overseeing digital marketing platforms and providing recommendations and analysis of campaign performance. You excel at project management, ensuring strong integration of campaign components, consistency across elements and flawless execution against campaign timelines. The role will work with broader account teams and represent the Channel & Analytics teams for each of their client responsibilities.
